サスペンドからの復帰が遅い？[Vine5.2,X200s]

サスペンドからの復帰に時間がかかることが何度かありました。

ここ数回ですが、サスペンド[Fn]+[F4]からの復帰に時間がかかることがありました。マウスは動くのですが、ウィンドウが反応しません。画面下のインディケーターを見ると、HDDにアクセスしたままのようです。

 SSD (Intel X25-M 160GB)の調子が悪いんでしょうか？心配。
